1. Who we are

The website hindame.ee is operated by Appsy OÜ, registry code 14663098 ("we"). For data protection matters, write to: info@hindame.ee.

2. What data we collect

During the valuation we collect property data: address, property type, floor area, number of rooms, floor, year of construction, condition, plot size, and optional extra information. This data is stored together with the estimate for service analysis and improvement.

If you leave your contact details, we collect your email address, phone number (if provided), and the type of request (detailed valuation and/or purchase offer).

For technical and security purposes we store the IP address as an irreversible hash (not the IP itself). We use privacy-friendly Plausible analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track users individually.

3. How we use the data

We use contact details only to respond to your request: to prepare a detailed valuation and/or purchase offer and to contact you. The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when submitting the form.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers we use for data processing (hosting, email delivery) process data only on our instructions.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep contact-related data (leads) for up to 2 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We may keep anonymous valuation data longer for statistical purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to ask what data we process about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@hindame.ee. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
